Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window on all standard collection items from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration. All original packaging, care cards, and certificates of authenticity must be included.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Bespoke and custom-made pieces are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are created exclusively for you following a detailed consultation and approval process. We take every measure to ensure your complete satisfaction prior to production commencing, including material approvals and design sign-offs.

Condition Requirements

Items returned in damaged condition, without original packaging, or showing evidence of use will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a return or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% if items do not meet these conditions. Returns from outside the EU must be clearly marked as "Return of Goods – No Commercial Value" to avoid import duties.

Return Process

• Contact our client services team at contact@azuremoonveil.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed packing instructions within 48 hours.
• Our logistics team will arrange complimentary collection for orders over €1,000. Smaller returns may be posted using our pre-paid label.
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with Azure Moon Veil, you enter into a legally binding contract with Azure Moon Veil SAS, a company registered in France (SIRET 123 456 789 00012, registered office at 31 Avenue Montaigne, 75008 Paris). You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to make purchases. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, designs, logos, and product photography—is the exclusive intellectual property of Azure Moon Veil SAS or our licensed partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation. The Azure Moon Veil name, "MV" monogram, and associated trademarks are registered and protected in France and internationally.

Limitation of Liability

Azure Moon Veil's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Care Instructions

Marble Care

Clean marble surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and pH-neutral soap. Dry immediately after cleaning to prevent water marks. Avoid all acidic substances—including vinegar, lemon juice, and wine—as these etch the surface. Seal marble annually with a food-safe stone sealant. For deep staining, consult a professional stone restoration specialist rather than attempting abrasive treatments at home.

Wood Care

Dust solid wood furniture regularly with a soft, dry cloth, following the grain. Clean with a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Condition wood with a high-quality beeswax or linseed oil product every 6–12 months. Protect surfaces from direct sunlight, which can cause fading, and from excessive humidity or heat, which can cause warping or cracking. Always use coasters and protective pads under objects placed on wood surfaces.

Silk & Textile Care

Protect silk and delicate textiles from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading. Vacuum cushions and upholstery regularly with a soft attachment on low suction. Spot clean with a specialist silk detergent diluted in cool water; always blot, never rub. Have upholstered pieces professionally cleaned annually. Store seasonal textiles in breathable cotton bags away from moisture and moths.

Crystal Care

Hand wash crystal pieces individually in warm (not hot) water with a small amount of mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use a dishwasher, as high temperatures and harsh detergents will permanently damage or cloud the crystal. For chandelier crystals, use a specialist crystal cleaning spray and handle each piece gently. Store crystal wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.

Metal Care

Our solid brass and bronze fittings are designed to develop a natural patina over time, which is part of their character and value. To slow patina development, clean with a soft cloth and a specialist metal polish for unlacquered brass. For lacquered brass, clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals on all metal surfaces.
